Contract Terms

Orders placed on the www.dubout.fr website are considered confirmed upon receipt of payment by our customer service department.

Delivery

Albert Dubout Communication is committed to make every effort to deliver orders within the shortest possible time upon receipt of payment. Any claim for nonconformity or missing items must be communicated in writing within seven working days from the date of dispatch of the order.

Albert Dubout Communication is released from its obligation to deliver orders in circumstances that are beyond its control. For example, in the case of total or partial strikes, natural disasters or other extreme circumstances that affect the smooth running of the postal services.

The transfer of ownership of goods delivered or to be delivered is suspended until full payment by the customer, and this without affecting the transfer of risk.

Prices

Albert Dubout Communication may change its prices at any time. The customer agrees to pay the purchase price in effect at the time of confirming the order. Shipping costs charged to the customer are clearly indicated on the order and included in the final price to be paid.

Payment

Orders are payable in full and payment is made by credit card (Carte bleue,Visa or Master Card) through our partner Mercanet / BNP-Paribas with Secure 3D Secure service. » Read more

WARNING: Orders deliveried outside the EU may be subject to duties by local customes authorities. Any duties due shall be borne solely by the customer.

Protection of Privacy

The information you communicate to us is used solely to process your orders. Under the Law No. 78-17 dated January 6, 1978 related to computers, files and personal freedom, you have the right to access, view, modify, rectify and delete the data you have provided to Albert Dubout Communication.

Disputes

Upon confirming your order on the www. dubout.fr website, the customer agrees to accept the General Sales Conditions of Albert Dubout Communication without any restrictions or exceptions.

Any dispute concerning the sale (price, sales terms and conditions, product ...) will be subject to French law with litigation in the Commercial Trade Court of Paris.
